Watch as our expert chefs prepare mouth-watering dishes over open woodfire. Savor the authentic flavors of Emirati cuisine, featuring aromatic Machboos and Mendi prepared in traditional tandoors with your choice of chicken, lamb, or our farm's specialty - camel meat. Complement your meal with freshly baked Arabic bread, crisp vegetables, fragrant rice, and vibrant salads.

These evenings are offered Thursday to Sunday during Ramandan. Starting time is 30 Minutes prior to Sunset, you will find the correct time in your booking confirmation.
