Here on our farm, you will experience a desert evening that feels like a moment suspended in time – rich in tradition and filled with quiet wonder.
An Evening in the Desert – Magic in Golden Light
As the afternoon sun bathes the desert in golden light, our Bedouin staff welcome you with tea flavoured with traditional spices and sweet Arabic delicacies.
You will meet our gentle camels and learn more about their nature and way of life before enjoying a calm camel ride along desert trails, guided by experienced camel handlers – far away from the rush of the city.
Under the Stars – Where Tradition Meets Taste
As the sun sets, you gather in our Beit Sha’ar – a handwoven Bedouin tent made of goat hair and furnished with handmade cushions and carpets.
Here, you savour the sunset and a meal prepared before your eyes. Meat and vegetables are cooked over an open fire or prepared as madfoun or mandi, traditional methods using hot embers buried beneath the sand.
Each menu is created with care, using regional ingredients, some from our own organic garden.
Vegetarian options are always available.

An evening rooted in Bedouin tradition with a select menu of chicken and vegetables.
Available every Friday and Sunday.
Signature Experience – Flavourful. Sensual. Unforgettable.
A feast for the senses with an expanded menu of meats and vegetables, followed by a traditional Qahwa ceremony.
Freshly roasted and delicately spiced Arabic coffee is prepared and served with traditional desserts – a ritual once regarded as a symbol of generosity and prosperity – enjoyed in a moment of complete stillness under the stars.

Children up to and including 5 years of age are free of charge. Children aged 6 to 11 pay half price and must be booked separately.
